Policy - ToursDive times can vary from original booking and can be changed upon prior request or by Rainforest Scuba.Min 1 person, max 4 person per actual dive in water, more than 4 persons will be placed in 2nd group for actual in dive time. All tours depart from Rainforest Scuba (see address and directions below) with the exception of return transfers and Personalised Private Platypus Land Tour. Dive/Tour prices do not change regardless if diver/s have their own equipment. Signing of appropriate forms will be required on the day. Certified divers must present their certification card. Non certified divers can not book a night dive.Age requirement for diving is 8+. Advised that in winter please bring socks and rashie or skin suit to use under wetsuit.
Deals/packages can be booked and purchased on same day availablity dependent. Return transfers from Mackay area or airport available for $230.00 all tours unless specified, add/allow 1 hour each way Personalised Private Platypus tour is for min 1 person max 6 people. Payment PolicyOnline bookings pay 100% upon booking and agree to terms and conditionsCash payable on day with prior arrangement Vouchers have no expiry date, non refundable, can be transferred, buyer can resell.Sarina Sugarshed add on to be paid direct to Sarina Sugarshed on the day or through prior arrangement with Rainforest ScubaCape Hillsborough add on with prior arrangement.
Cancellation PolicyNo shows and reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours but less than 1 week prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Holidays and peek times will incur 100% cancellation fee 4 weeks prior to departure. More than 1 week 20% cancellation fee plus booking and transaction fees. All cancellations must be in writing.This tour is subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions at the discretion of the tour operator. Rainforest Scuba reserves the right to transfer guests to another tour where appropriate.
